We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item to us so we have tried as much as possible to simplify the process for you.

1. Exchange/return in person at one of our stores at Paragon or Downtown Gallery (only for Singapore orders)

2. Mail exchanges/returns to:

Postage/courier fees for sending the exchange/return item to us are to be borne by you, the customer. Please include your name and order reference number with your returns.

Change of mind Exchange or Store Credit
Received the wrong item/ Ordered item is missing from package Exchange, Store Credit or Refund Please contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your package

**Note:

All returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn with labels/tags intact and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange should a returned item not meet these requirements or if the product has been damaged by the recipient due to lack of care.

For exchanges/returns mailed to us, we suggest using a tracked service as unreceived exchanges/returns via a non-trackable mode of postage will not be reimbursed in any form. Do include your name, address and order reference number with your return package.

Exchanges and store credits for returns will be processed within 2 - 4 working days upon receiving the returned item. Store credits are provided as coupon codes, and they are valid for a one-time use within 6 months from the date of issue. Refunds, for exceptional cases as stated above, should be processed within 2 weeks.

Non-eligible products for returns and exchanges

Personalised items, shoes, bags, accessories, underwear, sale items, special product mark downs and sample clothing are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Faulty or damaged products

Le Petit Society strives to ensure that all items sold on our website are all of the highest quality. We thoroughly check and carefully package your order before sending it. If however, you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] to discuss the appropriate action. All issues are dealt with on a case by case basis.

Product colour discrepancies and portrayal

Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised that all computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear when viewing on the monitor. Le Petit Society will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible however we will not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies that may occur.
