All returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn with labels intact and in its original packaging. We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange should a return item product not meet these requirements or if the product has been damaged by the recipient due to lack of care.

Non-eligible products for returns and exchanges

Shoes, bags, accessories, underwear, sale items, special product mark downs and sample clothing are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Faulty or damaged products

Le Petit Society strives to ensure that all items sold on our website are all of the highest quality. We thoroughly check and carefully package your order before sending it. If however, you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at to discuss the appropriate action. All issues are dealt with on a case by case basis.

Product colour discrepancies and portrayal

Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised that all computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear when viewing on the monitor. Le Petit Society will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible however we will not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies that may occur.

How to make a return or exchange

Contact us with your request at within 15 days of receiving your purchase so we can look out for your returns. You would also need to attach a copy of your order invoice together with your return package. Your replacement item/store credit will be sent to you within 2-4 business days upon receiving the return item. Refunds should be processed within 2 weeks.
